Brazil local warehouse delivery by PAC or SEDEX, Countries including: Brazil.

Ship from China: 

INFIMECH will ship your order from China by International express shipping  including. DHL, UPS, FedEx. All shipping times are based on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). All orders will take 3-7 working days to be processed and shipped. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Your order will takes around 7-30 Bussiness days to received, and Please note that will be a Potential import taxes happens, please contact to us for potencial customs fee at Customers Service.

If 3D printers are out of stock from Local Warehouse, we will also ship Your order from China By DHL/UPS /Fedex to fulfill your order.

Order Confirmation

The specified shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and may be affected by a number of factors, including the method of transportation.

You will receive an order confirmation email after your order has been placed and a second email when your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided, if available (tracking numbers usually will be active within 48 hours). Once an order has been placed, we can no longer change the shipping address. And orders that have already been shipped or are in transit cannot be cancelled.

Refused Shipments
If you refuse the package to have your order returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
Order Tracking Information

  • It may take up to 72 hours for your tracking number to be activated.


    What should I do if order hasn’t been delivered or tracking infor not updated?
    If your order is sent from local warehouse, usually takes 3-7 business days to received. If it is an international shipping, it  may take 7-25 business days. Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays. We recommend you to reaching out to our support team, please contact our team.
    Will my package be charged delivery/customs fees?
    All orders if send by international shipping way are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Duties will be determined by the country of import of your order based off product value.
